Yoga Workshop with Gabriel
Monday January 30th
6-8pm
Take your practice to a new level with the precision of Iyengar Yoga. Gabriel Halpern, an icon in Chicago’s yoga community, teaches with eloquence, detail, and humor. He starts class with one of his famous “dharma raps” and then guides you through in-depth exploration of different asanas. You learn more than poses: you learn concepts that you can apply to a wide variety of asanas, as well as different aspects of life. Gabriel will join us on the last Monday of every month! These workshops are the same price as regular TriBalance classes. No pre-registration is necessary.
