with Dr. Indu Arora

Dr Indu

Ayurveda is the science of life. It isn't an alternative healing method: it's the original healing method. Ayurveda is not merely a practice of disease prevention, but a complete medical science which heals diseases or imbalances within the body. It emphasizes re-establishing balance in the body, mind, and spirit in a practical way, through diet, lifestyle, exercise, and cleansing.

This 200-hour program will educate you in Ayurveda for self-care as per the guidelines of various training models of Ayurvedic Education for Foreign Countries by Government of India: Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Department of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH), Benchmark of World Health Organization (WHO). This course is accredited by the Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America. (AAPNA).

When you graduate, you will be eligible and ready to teach Ayurveda workshops on basic topics, understand dosha types, and understand the Ayurvedic perspective of Yoga and Yogic perspective of Ayurveda. You will also be able to get discounts in AAPNA conferences, be eligible for student scholarships through AAPNA, and be eligible to apply for annual AAPNA awards.
