Tri Balance

The TriBalance Immersion

The TriBalance Immersion is a fully integrated approach to deepen your yoga practice. Whether you want to develop your practice, teach, or both, the TriBalance Immersion is for you. You can take your yoga practice from your mat to your home, your job, your car – to anywhere you go. You can be healthier, happier, and stronger.

The TriBalance Approach

Our approach is unique because our instructors focus on guiding others to uncover their practice. It’s a personal approach that will connect you deeply to the transformative force of yoga. It’s learning to experience life the way you experience your practice, taking yoga beyond the mat.

It’s radically simple. An approach so simple that you will spend time unlearning old habits as well as learning new techniques. You’ll learn to be a perpetual student, always full of wonder. You’ll learn to inspire others and help them find their practice and strength.

Space is limited. We keep the class sizes small so that you can receive individualized attention.
