The Art of Surya Namaskar
Salute to the Sun
Surya Namaskar is a traditional movement practice that usually initiates each yoga asana session. Seemingly simple when first introduced to it, this practice can ultimately provide a lifetime worth of innate knowledge. It’s like a hole 12 inches wide but 1200 feet deep. There are many, many forms of sun salutations ranging across the different traditions and lineages of yoga. This workshop will focus solely on Surya Namaskar A and B borne out of the Vinyasa yoga tradition. Vinyasa means breathing: movement system. One breath, one movement. Each breath and the corresponding movement/posture is 1 vinyasa. Surya A has 9 vinyasas, and Surya B has 17 vinyasas. On top of learning the vinyasa count (in Sanskrit), we’ll explore several other important concepts related to the practice. We’ll cover:
-Ujayi breathing (victorious breath)
-Bandha control (mula bandha and uddiyhana bandha)
-Drishti (gaze or looking points)
-Transitions and modifications for each posture

Nervous System Regulation Workshop
Most people don’t struggle because they “don’t know better.” They struggle because their bodies haven’t caught up with what their minds understand.
This workshop is designed to bridge that gap.
You’ll learn how your nervous system is driving your thoughts, reactions, and patterns in real time and, more importantly, how to work with it instead of against it.
This is not just information. This is an experience.
The workshop will include Core Regulation Breathing, Somatic Techniques, and a Guided Hypnosis to help integrate the work at a deeper, subconscious level. This is where people begin to feel the shift, not just think about it.
Benefits:
Less anxiety and reactivity, more clarity, and the ability to pause instead of getting pulled into old patterns.
About me:
I’m a Licensed Therapist and Nervous System Regulation Coach specializing in trauma-informed, somatic, and subconscious work. I help people move out of patterns they understand but feel stuck in by working directly with the body and nervous system, where those patterns are held.
Saturday, Oct. 3rd
11-1230
$45
This is for anyone who feels like they “know what to do” but can’t seem to follow through or make a shift.

Rewire Your Subconscious: Creating Lasting Change
Most people don’t struggle because they don’t know what to do. They struggle because their subconscious patterns haven’t caught up with what they consciously understand.
This workshop is designed to help you understand how the subconscious mind influences your thoughts, emotions, habits, and behaviors and how hypnosis can help create change at the level where many of those patterns are formed and maintained.
This is not just information. This is an experience. The workshop will explore automatic patterns, subconscious beliefs, and the ways we can continue responding from old programming even when we consciously know we want something different.
The majority of the workshop will include a Guided Hypnosis designed to quiet mental noise, loosen limiting patterns, and begin reinforcing new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding.
Benefits:
Greater self-awareness, less overthinking, increased confidence, improved emotional regulation, and a greater ability to respond intentionally rather than automatically.
About Me:
I’m a Therapist in private practice, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Nervous System Regulation Coach specializing in trauma-informed, somatic, and subconscious work.
Sunday Nov. 15th
$45
This workshop is for anyone who understands their patterns intellectually but still finds themselves repeating the same thoughts, reactions, habits, or behaviors.
