Head to Toe- Let’s Roll: Upper Body Focus with Joy
This month's workshop will focus on lower back, upper back, shoulders, face and more!
Join us for a rejuvenating workshop that combines the gentle art of restorative yoga with the healing benefits of therapy ball rolling! This workshop is designed to help you release deep tension, increase mobility, and find relaxation through restorative yoga and self-massage techniques. Using therapy balls, we'll target specific areas to release tightness and stress, followed by restorative yoga poses that support deep relaxation and healing. Rolling can be one of the easiest and fastest ways to shift from a state of high-stress overload back into a calm and relaxed mode. This workshop will be full of ah-ha moments as we take common problematic areas of pain and tightness and use therapeutic approaches with rolling to ease pain, increase range of motion, and improve functional movement.
Everything is connected. Come and feel the healing power of rolling combined with some soul soothing restorative yoga. Whether you're looking to unwind, improve flexibility, or simply reconnect with your body, this workshop is for you. All Levels Welcome. This workshop also qualifies for 2 CEU's with Yoga Alliance.

Acro Yoga Workshop
Interact with other yogis in a fun and challenging way with Acro yoga. We will work in groups to create beautiful shapes using core strength, flexibility and most importantly, trust.
Acro is a great way to build a sense of community with fellow yogis. The atmosphere is light-hearted, playful and fun! Feel free to bring a buddy, or come by yourself, as groups will be interchanged so everyone gets a chance to base, fly, and spot.
About the Instructor:
Brandi is a RYT200 from the TriBalance School of Yoga. She is also a certified Acro Instructor and has been teaching hot yoga at TriBalance since 2019. She loves how yoga can outwardly display true inner strength and beauty.ption goes here
